Hello, my name is Michelle Maher. Welcome to Live Well !
I first discovered Reflexology in 2017 whilst looking at holistic treatments to train in. I found Reflexology fascinating the more I read so I took the plunge and qualified in 2018 with an ITEC Level 3 Diploma. I have since added various treatments.
At Live Well, I specialize in a range of holistic treatments including Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, AromaReflex, Lymph Drainage Reflexology, Fertility Reflexology and Acupressure Massage. I am dedicated to enhancing your well-being and restoring harmony to your body and mind.

Reflexology
Reflexology works by applying pressure to certain reflex areas of the feet. These reflex areas correspond with different parts of the body and may help with muscle aches and pains, digestive health, reducing stress, help with poor sleep, supports the immune system and more! It is a very relaxing treatment!
Facial Reflexology
Facial Reflexology works by gently massaging specific reflex points on your face. It is a very relaxing treatment and combines the health benefits of other reflexology treatments. I use Rose Facial Oil, which is great to use on dry or sensitive skin.
Lymph Drainage Reflexology
This Reflexology treatment focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system. It may also benefit conditions including Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.
AromaReflex
This is a standard Reflexology treatment where I will be using a blend of essential oils tailored just for you, depending on your needs. Your skin absorbs the blended oils to enhance your well-being, there will also be some left over for you to apply at home.
Fertility Reflexology
Fertility Reflexology focuses on stimulating the specific areas of the feet that relate to the reproductive organs and endocrine system. This treatment is personalised to each client, there will be an in depth consultation to discuss treatments.
Acupressure Massage
Acupressure is a manual therapy technique that is used to relieve pain and muscle tension. I focus on the back and shoulders, this treatment boosts circulation, relieves stress and more!
